Bali travel update: Bali volcano to erupt this week

Bali, a volcano in central Pakistan, is expected to erupt Thursday.

This is the fourth eruption of the volcano since last month.

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDM) said Bali has erupted for the second time since September 22.

The agency said the volcano is situated about 120km east of Peshawar.

The eruption could cause major damage to the city.

The city is on the Pakistani-Afghan border and is located on the Bali Valley.

The Bali eruption is expected only after heavy rains over the weekend.

The area is prone to landslides and is prone also to floods.

Bali has been a major tourist attraction since the 1980s.

The last major eruption was in 2005, when an earthquake killed more than 1,000 people in the area.
